In the event it is determined that your pet's temperament or coat condition has been misrepresented in any way, we reserve the right to refuse service. A trip fee of $50.00 may be assessed. We reserve the right to refuse any pet service due to circumstances which we feel might jeopardize the safety of the pet and/or ourselves. ~
